Race day is almost here! We are looking forward to welcoming you to Killcare and Bouddi National Park for another spectacular day on Saturday!
HOT WEATHER – BE PREPARED!
The current forecast for Saturday is quite warm! We are preparing for this with additional water, marshals, and first aid, to ensure all runners have a good day. We also recommend all runners prepare for race day with the heat in mind:
- Carry MORE than the minimum 500mL fluids and top up where available on course
- Stay hydrated – before, during and after the race
- Wear breathable, light weight and light coloured clothing
- If you start to feel unwell, slow down and speak to staff or medics at the aid stations
- If you need assistance on course, speak to the nearest marshal or phone the emergency number on the back of your race bib
RACE BIBS:
Race bibs will be available to pick up from registration on Saturday morning from 7:00am. You will need to know your race bib number for collection. You can find your race number on the runner list linked below.
