The 2025 Bouddi Coastal Run is nearly here! We are excited to welcome everyone back to beautiful Killcare Beach to tackle the trails through Bouddi National Park.
EVENT PROGRAM
The Event Program is now available with information on all race distances, including the event schedule, location, parking, registration, rules and aid station information. Make sure you have a good read of the entire event program well before race day by clicking the button below.
RACE BIBS
Race bibs will be available for collection from the rego tents on race morning from 7.00am. Race numbers will be emailed out on Thursday 6th November with the Event Safety Briefing video.
PARKING
Please be aware that parking is limited in Killcare where the event start/finish is located and carpooling with your fellow runners is highly recommended. Traffic Controllers will be on site on race morning directing cars to the nearest available parking location. Please continue driving until you reach the traffic controllers to ensure the most efficient use of available space.
SHUTTLE BUS
Instead of driving why not make use of the event shuttle bus service from Woy Woy Train Station? The shuttle bus will take you directly to the event centre, leaving from Woy Woy station at 7:05am and 7:25am and taking approximately 30min, getting you to the event centre in plenty of time before the race start. Just look for the marked bus and our friendly crew. Bus seats are $5.50 and must be pre-booked via your MyEvents Registration Portal – find your Bouddi Coastal Run 2025 entry and add a shuttle bus seat in the merchandise tab.
MANDATORY GEAR
Remember it is mandatory that all runners carry with them a minimum 500mL water bottle or hydration pack (or similar) to refill at the aid stations out on course. This is the minimum requirement – more is recommended! It can be very hot on event day and some sections are quite exposed and will feel warmer than forecast.
As always our event is CUP FREE – there will be no cups at the aid stations. Soft flasks and collapsible cups will be available for sale at registration for those who need them.
No other mandatory gear is required however we recommend all runners carry a mobile phone, basic first aid supplies and clothing suited to race day conditions.
HEADPHONES & MUSIC
There are sections of the course where runners will be travelling in both directions on single track, and a section on the road. If you choose to listen to music during the event, please ensure you are able to hear runners around you. We suggest listening at a low volume or by using one earbud only.
For safety reasons, you MUST remove headphone/earbuds at the following locations to ensure you can hear instructions:
- When you see a staff member or course marshal
- When running on Mt Bouddi Road and Grahame Drive
