Due to the COVID-19 situation in NSW and the continuing restrictions on outdoor events, the Bouddi Coastal Run will not be able to take place as planned on Saturday 13th November. With the current NSW Government ‘Road Map’ placing significant limitations outdoor events through to December, we have made the decision to postpone the event until restrictions have eased.

We are disappointed that we have had to make this decision, however we believe the new date will provide the opportunity for us to deliver a fantastic event for a greater number of people. The Bouddi Coastal Run has been postponed to Saturday 26th February, 2022. The Central Coast region will be welcoming you with open arms for a much overdue weekend away.

All registered 2021 runners will automatically have their entry rolled over to the new event date next year.

We understand that the new date means that some runners won’t be able to attend. If that is you then the following options are available to you:

• Transfer 100% of your entry fee to another Max Adventure event in 2021 or 2022. If you are wanting to transfer your entry you will need to let us know by Sunday 2nd January 2022, via email to [email protected]. You do not need to decide which event you are transferring to by that date but to claim this transfer offer you will need to notify us so we can withdraw you from Bouddi Coastal Run for 2022. We hope this gives our runners plenty of time to decide if they would like to remain in the Bouddi Coastal Run in 2022 or transfer to another of our events with confidence.
• A refund of your entry fee, plus any pre-purchased merchandise if desired, minus the nominated admin fee of $30. To claim a refund please email [email protected]. Refunds will be available until Saturday 12th February 2022, two weeks out from the new event date.

We are as passionate about putting on our events as you are in participating in them. We urge everyone to follow the lockdown restrictions, wear a mask and practice good physical distancing so we can all get out on the road doing what we love again in the near future!
