Killcare Beach, NSW 2257

Killcare Beach, with its crashing waves and views south across the mouth of the Hawkesbury to the Northern Beaches is the perfect location for a beach holiday or day trip over the summer months. Bouddi National Park starts at the Northern end of the beach with plenty of bushwalking opportunities as well.

Please note: There is patchy mobile reception at Killcare Beach.

transport & PARKING

Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive and settle in on the morning of the event.

Runners are encouraged to use public transport. An event shuttle bus will run participants from Woy Woy Station to Killcare Beach, and back to Woy Woy Station after you have finished your race. We recommend checking Trip Planner for the most accurate and up to date train information. Bus shuttles to the Start line will run between 7am and 7:20am to allow runners plenty of time to complete registration prior to race start. The return shuttles back to Woy Woy Station will commence at 11:30am and leave at 30min intervals. Full details will be released in the Event Program. Please note the bus shuttles can take up to 30 minutes to the Event Centre, depending on traffic conditions.

Shuttle bus tickets are $5 per person and must be booked prior to race day through the registration platform. Find your Bouddi Coastal Run registration and ‘Purchase Merchandise’ to add a bus ticket. Please select the correct number of seats required as this will impact the bus charter service capacity.

For those participants who choose to drive, we strongly encourage car-pooling with fellow runners to help reduce congestion.

Parking at Killcare Beach is limited and will fill-up quickly; overflow parking is available along Beach Drive and surrounding streets.

Please follow the directions of event marshals and be courteous of residents and other beach users – parking is not reserved for event participants.
