Free Shuttle Bus

Still planning how to get to the inaugural Bouddi Coastal Run? Those in the know will be taking public transport to Woy Woy Train Station and making use of the free shuttle bus service directly to the event centre.

Parking is limited at Killcare Surf Club where the start line is. Driving to and from Killcare is a hassle at the best of times, with narrow winding roads and frequent traffic jams, even on weekends. This means using public transport will mean a less stressful event for you!

A free shuttle bus has been arranged for those wishing to use public transport to access the event. The bus will pick up from Woy Woy Train Station just after 7am. It is then a short 20 minute trip to the start line, leaving you plenty of time to complete registration before either the 21km or 14km events start.

This bus will then drop runners back to Woy Woy Train Station, leaving the finish line at 1pm so you will be able to connect with both North and South bound trains.

While the shuttle bus service is free, bookings are essential so we can make sure we have space to accommodate you. To book your seat on the FREE shuttle bus, you will need to access your event registration and add this option. Simply go to your Active.com account and log in with your username and password. Select ‘MyEvents’ from your name drop down box (top right) once logged in. Select ‘Bouddi Coastal Run’ event and from there you will be able to ‘add purchases’ and select this free shuttle bus option.

Bookings must be made online by Sunday 22nd October to secure your spot.

Merchandise will only be available for pick up at the event, there will be no merchandise posted out pre-event.

Volunteers Needed

We still need volunteers for Bouddi Coastal Run. If your friends or partner are coming along to support you, why not ask them to volunteer? They get a free volunteer shirt, cap, goodie bag and lots of thanks and appreciation. Their day could consist of helping with registration, manning aid stations along the course, marshalling or at the finish line handing out medals.

Entry Transfers

Can’t make the event anymore? Participants can transfer their entry online to another person up until Saturday 14th October 2017 (two weeks before the event date).

This can be done by logging into your active.com account, selecting ‘MyEvents’ and ‘Bouddi Coastal Run’ then transferring your registration via email to another athlete.

The new athlete must claim your registration via email before a refund will be processed and returned to your credit card minus a $20 admin fee. Please note that the new athlete claiming the transferred entry, will need to pay the current entry fee at the time of claiming.
