Last Minute Race Info14th November 2019
The Bouddi Coastal Run is nearly here! The course has been set and is waiting for you to discover its spectacular coastal views this Saturday.
Bouddi National Park has now re-opened after being closed due to the high fire danger across NSW. Thankfully no bushfires have impacted Bouddi National Park and we are all systems go for Saturday. Forecasts predict Saturday to have temperatures in the mid-20’s, perfect running conditions. While Bouddi National Park has been spared the bushfires continue to rage further North and our hearts go out to all those impacted by these devastating fires.
Your race bib number has been emailed to all registered runners this morning. Please make a note of it and give it to the volunteers at registration who will issue you with your race bib on race day from 7:00am. Please ensure you leave enough time to complete this process before your designated race start time.
The Event Program is available on the link below. This important document contains lots of information so we recommend taking a few minutes to have a good read. What time does my distance start? Where can I park? What is provided at the Aid Stations? All these questions plus many more are answered in the Event Program.
Its important to note that parking is very limited at the Event Centre, near Killcare Surf Life Saving Club, so we ask that wherever possible please carpool with your fellow runners. Alternatively take public transport and then catch the event shuttle bus from Woy Woy train station to the Event Centre. Check the Event Program for more information.
All Entry Transfers and Course Changes can only be done at registration on race day now, so please leave enough time to complete this process. It’s a good idea to complete the Changes Form on the link below before the event and bring along with you to registration to save time. You will need to know the pre-allocated race bib number as above.
We look forward to seeing you at the event!
