Event Program Available

15th October 2018

The Bouddi Coastal Run is now less than two weeks away. Congratulations on securing your spot in this sold out event. We look forward to seeing you on the start line.

The Event Program is now available for download via the link below. This important document contains all the information you need to know such as what time does my distance start? How do I get to the event? Where can I park? What is provided at the Aid Stations? Plus lots more.

We recommend taking a few minutes to have a good read because chances are that if you have a question it is answered in the Event Program.

EVENT PROGRAM

Free Shuttle Bus

A free shuttle bus has been arranged for those wishing to use public transport to access the event as parking is very limited. The bus will pick up from Woy Woy Train Station at 7.05am. It is then a short 20 minute trip to the start line, leaving you plenty of time to complete registration before the event starts at either 8am (21km) or 8:30am (14km).

Buses will then drop runners back to Woy Woy Train Station, leaving the finish line from 11:30am in approximately 30min intervals until all runners are off the course, so you will be able to connect with both North and South bound trains.

While the shuttle bus service is free, bookings are essential so we can make sure we have space to accommodate you. In addition, if you have already booked a seat but are no longer intending to use this service you will need to let us know so we don’t delay the bus departure waiting for you.

To book your seat (or remove your booking), you will need to access your event registration and add (or cancel) this option. Simply go to your Active.com account selecting ‘MyEvents’ then your ‘Bouddi Coastal Run’ entry and from there you will be able to ‘add/modify purchases’.

Bookings/cancellations must be made online by Sunday 21st October 2018.

Entry Transfers

Still need to transfer your entry? Participants can transfer their entry online to another person up until midnight tomorrow, Tuesday 16th October 2018.

Entry transfers can be done by logging into your Active.com account, selecting ‘MyEvents’ then your ‘Bouddi Coastal Run’ entry and transferring your registration via email to another athlete.

The new athlete must claim your registration via email before a refund will be processed and returned to your credit card minus a $20 admin fee. Please note that the new athlete claiming the transferred entry, will need to pay the current entry fee at the time of claiming.

After this deadline passes, last minute entry transfers (as well as course upgrade & downgrades) will only be accepted on event day at registration and will incur a $20 transfer fee, cash preferred. Please allow extra time to complete these changes. Our best advice though is to get it sorted online as described above.

Please bring along permission from the original entrant for the transfer to take place (copy of their entry registration either hard copy or on mobile phone). All entry transfers on race day must be done at registration via the designated ‘Entry Transfers’ line.
